Is there a set amount of months I have to subscribe for?
No, our subscriptions work month to month. Each month we will email you & ask you to make payment if you would like your personalised Luxe Box that month. If you didn't need your Luxe Box that month you simply just tell us & no box will be dispatched.
How do I let you know my prefrences, likes & dislikes?
Once you place an order with us you will automatically receive an email from us asking for your favourites shades & any products or shades you would not want to receive. Simply reply to the email & we can add these notes to your account.
How much is the Luxe Box?
Luxe Boxes are £20.00 per month & each month your box will be personalised with plenty of products you will love!
How many products will I receive each month?
We do not have set number of items each month as some months we have larger products in our boxes such as palettes therefore you may receive less items however on average we say there is always around 10 items in a Luxe Box though some months have even more!
Does the Luxe Box contain samples or testers?
No Luxe Boxes contain only full size products & lots of them!
Can I change my prefrences?
Yes we all change our taste in make up & shades over time, just send an email over to: email@example.com & let us know what you currently like and we can add these notes to your account.
How much is delivery to the UK?
Delivery cost are included in the price of a Luxe Box, you wont pay any addtional postage cost.
Do you delivery to Ireland?
Yes however there is an extra cost of £ that must be paid before your Luxe Box can be dispatched.
How can I pay for my Luxe Box?
We accept Paypal or Bank transfers. We will email you the details for payment once you have placed an order using the website.
If I love a product in my box can I order more of that product?
Yes we are currently working on a shop for the website where you will be able to purchase all the favourite products from our previous boxes. If there is any item that you love & it is not on the website just email or call our team and we can do our best to find the product for you to purchase.
I just placed an order, when will I receive it?
New orders will be dispatched on the 26th of each month. Orders that are placed after the 26th but before the 1st of the next month will be dispatched within 24 hours.
Can I return my Luxe Box?
Luxe Boxes are nonrefundable & not eligable for return.
Will my Luxe Box fit through a letter box?
No, our boxes are quite large due to the amount of products you receive each month so will not fit through a standard letter box.
Can I buy a Luxe Box as a gift?
Yes! Luxe boxes make perfect gifts, simply place an order on the website & when you receive the email asking for you likes & dislikes just let us know that it is for a gift for someone else & we can add a little sparkle to the box to make it an extra speical gift! We can also add a personalised message to the box if you would like it deliveried directly to them.

Can I unsubscribe from your mailing list?
Yes, Email Luxeboxes@outlook.com & we will remove you.
Do you pass on my data to third parties?
No, only Luxe Box will use the information you give us. All your data is stored in compliance with data laws. You can ask for us to delete your data from our systems at any point by emailing email@example.com
